*There are many fewer of us than of “them”.
*This also further indicates we are not human.
*Humans seem to be willing to kill their own for the chance of killing some of us.
*Humans are viewed at a very low consideration, insects. This suggest at least a moderate level of superiority if only in the views of Kyuu.
*There are tests involving water and fire that at the very least show our true selves (this is what I used in my reply) and at most kill us in the showing.
*The phrase “they once knew” seems to indicate a large amount of time since we were last hunted.
*Two cities are named, one only as being called “the capital” the other specifically as Calvarin, which is near the mountains. It may be significant that mountains are near by that makes this a good place to hide (I did not address this in my reply).
*Permission is given by Kyuu that Rjon may feast, this may be something that would otherwise not be wise or allowed.
*Something exists called a Dracwing and Kyuu has the means to not only attain one but to ensure Rjon can access it.
*The Dracwings bind, this seems to suggest they will only answer to one master and that perhaps this is an indication psychic powers.
